Complementing dance classes with specific training is very advantageous.

It allows us to improve flexibility, strength and muscular endurance and can also reduce the risk of injury.

Through a balanced combination of cardiovascular, strength, endurance and flexibility exercises with the help of elastic bands, blocks, and skipping jacks, we achieve a significant improvement in the development of our students.
