DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM

It is incredible the evolution that children get at this age, they learn to be attentive to a class of 60 minutes structured in a specific way:

They learn to be attentive to a 60 minutes class structured in a concrete way: by doing fun rope exercises they improve their coordination and jumping, they work on their elasticity and muscular strength by doing the exercises in pairs, and they begin to pay attention to the positioning of their body which makes them adapt the indicated posture and of course many performances that help them to gain self-confidence.
